El Trapiche Hermanos Arias is a "traditional sugar mill" (the only one of its kind in the area) dedicated to the production of tapa de dulce (raw cane sugar blocks), sobados (traditional fudge), sugar cane juice, and other sugar cane derivatives. This trapiche is a family business run by five brothers and their father, all working together to keep this heritage alive.
The primary mission of Trapiche Hermanos Arias is to rescue and preserve the traditions, values, and customs of the San Ramón region.
